Andre | Peer Support
While driving clients to group, we get to spend time together and have meaningful conversations before their day begins. I also value the one-on-one time I have with clients as I transport them to appointments, offering encouragement and support whenever I can.
One of the things I appreciate most about Project Success is the incredible support from my coworkers. They consistently remind me that I am more than just a driver, and their encouragement has inspired me to continue growing professionally. My next goal is to become a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist so I can further support and empower the individuals we serve.

Shameka | Program Director
“Every person who walks through these doors carries within them the capacity to heal. My purpose is to help move the barriers that stand in the way of that.”
Shameka

Lashell | Program Coordinator
I lead with compassion, empathy, and integrity, and I believe wholeheartedly that this work is my calling. Helping others rise, grow, and rediscover their strength is not just what I do, it is who I am. I bring lived experience, a genuine heart for people, and the deep understanding that recovery is a journey that looks different for everyone. My goal is to walk alongside each person we serve and help them feel empowered every step of the way.
When I am not at work, you can usually find me curled up with a good book, traveling somewhere new, exploring a new restaurant because yes, I love to eat, or attending events and doing fun activities with my loved ones.
